Volunteering
At our school, we understand the importance of promoting environmental
protection and conservation, as well as involving our students in the
local community through volunteer programs. Additionally, this
experience provides an excellent opportunity to practice language skills
in real-life situations and learn about Costa Rica's rich biodiversity.
We are delighted to offer you this unique opportunity to learn, grow,
and make a positive difference in the world. We hope you join us in this
exciting adventure!
If you are interested in volunteering and contributing your assistance
to the protection of animals and the environment, we organize the
following offers for you.
Jaguar rescue center
The Jaguar Rescue Center is a temporary or permanent home for ill, injured and orphaned animals. With a focus on monkeys, sloths, other mammals, birds and reptiles; the JRC provides veterinary services, round-the-clock care and comfort to animals that would otherwise be unable to survive in the rainforest or the sea of the Caribbean.
PASCUE RESERVE
Our volunteers will engage in tasks related to specific projects that
have a significant positive impact on the Reserve and contribute to its
mission of conservation and community development. These tasks include
working in the sea turtle conservation and research program,
participating in the monitoring of felines and prey, collaborating on
activities related to all our research programs, supporting the
Ecological Blue Flag Program, taking part in recycling activities,
cleaning the beaches, and assisting in signage and green area
maintenance. We are confident that these tasks will provide an enriching
and meaningful experience for our volunteers, while also contributing
to the protection of the natural environment and its biodiversity. We
look forward to having your support and enthusiasm in these valuable
projects!
