Did you know that most employees in Germany have a legal right to take 5 days of paid leave per year (or 10 days in 2 years) to use for educational purposes?
The training can also take place abroad. Claim your educational leave (=Bildungsurlaub), spend your vacations in Costa Rica, learn Spanish with uns and get leave from your employer to do so!
Our language courses are recognized as "Bildungsurlaub" in various German states. The regulations are not set nationwide, but at the state leavel, so there are different conditions for each state. As a rule, the weekly time frame must be at least 30 hours, so for "Bildugsurlaub", 2 hours of semi-private conversation classes in the afternoon are added to the 4 hours of regular group classes in the mornig.
