YOUR MISSION
Check in and check out of our guests, as well as the creation of guest invoices.
Cash management
Acceptance and processing of reservations, both in the individual and in the group area
Communication via telephone, fax and email
Creation of the occupancy plan
Smooth handover within the shift system
Communication between the front office area and other in-house departments
Supervision of security and order in the house
Host function
Quality control and quality assurance

YOUR PROFILE
If possible, you have experience in the front office and in guest relations
You are a passionate host
You have a pronounced customer and service orientation for our customers from backpackers to international business travelers
You are just as familiar with working independently as working in a team
Shift, weekend and holiday work is a matter of course for you
You have an open communicative personality with high diplomatic skills
You have good IT and English skills, both spoken and written
Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is an advantage, but not a requirement

Answering phones, e-mails, digital messaging in English and Spanish, if possible also in German.
Reception/Attending to students.
Attending to correspondence received via social media such as Instagram and Facebook.
Prepare together with teachers the didactic material for the classes.
Keep classrooms tidy and clean in coordination with the cleaning crew.
Collaborate and provide assistance in eventual or extraordinary activities that are organized and carried out.
Keep control of office and didactic materials, foresee needs and make the corresponding request.
Capture information and various documents that are requested in support of academic and administrative tasks.
Support in the creation of social media strategies.
